It is finally time to get back in the swing of things with my eating healthy and workout routine. It has been a long few months off, as I dealt with summer activities, designing wedding flowers for fabulous brides and the release of our new book, Provocative Manners: The Sauce of Life with book events and promotions. However, there are no excuses now! I have re-started the Revolt Now Fitness Routine and Meal Plan, with a few tweaks. Things will be a bit easier now that my oldest is in school in the mornings so that will give me a chance to do the 20 minutes workout and get my morning run in, which I'm enjoying a bit more everyday!
I am taking this week as the detox week so it's packed full of brussel sprouts, spinach, lots of chicken, sweet potatoes, boiled eggs and bananas. It's a great plan as it keeps me full, detoxes me from the loads of sugar I eat and crave on a regular basis and pushes me to workout each day (with a few days of rest) and I get to focus on different areas to stay in shape. It's great because the levels of the program can be adjusted for workout capacity, bodily limitations and it's short enough to help with time restraints a lot of us have. Check out the program here!

Monday Morning Fitness: Revolt Week 5
Well, it has been another week of Revolt Fitness and I can't rave enough about her workout circuits! Yes, I know you have heard me talk about them every week for the past 5 weeks, but until you try them you can't criticize me for talking about them nonstop. I have lost several inches all over and have gain muscle, yay! I'm in the best shape I have been in probably since high school. Try out the free kick-start program at Revolt Fitness. It's worth a try!

Beat the Bulge: REVOLT WEEK 4
Are your ready to Beat the Bulge?
This week has definitely been much better than last week when I had a horrible head cold! The circuits are so much easier when you're not sick! I did a part detox this week, since I had such a horrible week prior but of course I had a few "oops" moments. I am truly loving this program, especially the workouts! These keep me motivated for each week. Without the workouts I probably would have strayed from this fitness program a long time ago! Nichole Huntsman does such a fabulous job of combining the food with the exercise, which makes it so easy to follow. I am sad there are only 2 weeks left and truly would love to continue on this program for another 6 weeks!
Here's a short video about the program. I hope you all take the time to watch it and consider investing in this program because you are truly investing in yourselves when you do!

Revolt Fitness: Week 2
This week has been much easier on REVOLT since there were no longer lots of brussel sprouts and spinach. I am truly enjoying this plan! I typically try to eat healthy, going for more of the "clean" foods, but as a mother sometimes we end up eating on the go. This program is forcing me to carefully consider what I am going to put into my body.
I am absolutely loving the circuits and you will probably hear that every week! Each week is different, and Nicole switches up with exercises so I don't get bored. Her online videos are amazing and make it more motivating for me since I am following her. It's like your own personal trainer through the internet in your home! How can it get better than that?
If you are interested in joining the Revolt Challenge, go here. The subscriptions start at $10 a month and it is most definitely worth every penny. As busy as we all are, this program sets up a meal plan ahead of time for you while also giving you the workout circuits you need to gain muscle. "Uprise Against Mediocrity!"

Eggs, whole and whites

Ground Turkey
